📖 About Vinson Neighborhood Library

<p>Vinson Neighborhood Library honors Judge William A. Vinson, who arrived in Houston in 1915, co-founded what became the globally prominent law firm Vinson &amp; Elkins LLP in 1917 during the Texas oil boom, and devoted more than 25 years to the Houston Public Library Board. The branch is housed inside the H. Clarke Multi-Service Center at 3810 West Fuqua Street in southwest Houston's 77045 community. Vinson is one of only five HPL locations to host a <strong>TECHLink makerspace</strong> — a dedicated space for digital creation tools — and construction improvements are currently underway at the facility, with the library remaining open throughout.</p>
