Neuse Regional Libraries serves Lenoir County with three locations: the main Kinston branch at 510 N. Queen Street, La Grange Library, and Pink Hill Library. The Kinston branch is the administrative headquarters and largest facility in the system, housing specialized resources including a Digital Media Lab for audio and video production, 3D printing, a Multi-Sensory Room designed for patrons with sensory needs, and mobile printing via the Princh app. The system's catalog runs on the NC Cardinal consortium platform and the library participates in NC LIVE, North Carolina's statewide cooperative giving cardholders free access to articles, eBooks, newspapers, genealogy databases, career tools, and homework help resources.
