Mililani Public Library opened on October 27, 1984, on a parcel donated by Mililani Town, Inc., giving the fast-growing Central Oʻahu community its own HSPLS branch. Today it lends books and media, and cardholders can borrow from the statewide catalog while tapping the system's shared digital collections. Like every HSPLS branch, it honors a single Hawaiʻi State Public Library card valid at all libraries across the islands.
