Cocoa, the historic county seat of Brevard County, sits on the Indian River Lagoon midway between Cape Canaveral to the east and the broader Space Coast interior. The Rood Central Library provides the widest range of collections and services of any branch in the 18-location county system, including a broad print collection, digital resources, public computers, meeting space, and programming for all ages.
