Opened in 1999 at 455 Camp Perrin Road in northern Lawrenceville, Collins Hill Branch serves the Collins Hill corridor and surrounding neighborhoods of northeastern Gwinnett. It is one of five GCPL passport-acceptance facilities — the most convenient option for residents in that part of the county — and offers the full service suite plus a reservable meeting room for up to 74 people.
