The Bellevue Branch Library opened in January 2015 as one of Nashville's most modern public library facilities. Open seven days a week at 720 Baugh Road, it features electric car chargers, a drive-thru book return, Studio NPL maker space, a driver's license kiosk and two public artworks — all serving the fast-growing communities of far southwest Nashville.

📖 About Bellevue Branch Library
The Bellevue Branch Library opened in January 2015, bringing a modern, purpose-built facility to the Bellevue area on Nashville's far southwest side. The building was designed with sustainability and community in mind: electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot, a drive-thru book return for no-stop convenience, group study rooms, and a Studio NPL maker space. Two permanent public artworks enrich the interior — Beverly Stucker Precious's Great Beginnings, inspired by a learning-tree concept, and Brenda Stein's Rise Above, a sculpture featuring nearly 90 birds symbolizing community resilience. The branch also houses an on-site Office of Homeless Services satellite and hosts monthly visits by Nashville's Office of Homeless Services, making it a social-services hub as well as a library. Motor vehicle registration renewal and a driver's license kiosk are available for residents who want to combine errands with a library visit. The NPL Quilters and Pokémon Meetup groups give the branch a loyal community of regulars.
