At over 27,000 square feet, it holds more than 80,000 volumes and includes an outdoor reading garden. The branch sits in Highlandtown and serves the surrounding Highlandtown and Canton areas, a part of the city long known for its immigrant and multilingual population, and it maintains a dedicated Spanish-language collection to reflect that community. Alongside its book and media collections, the library offers free Wi-Fi, public computers, printing and copying, and separate children's and teen sections.
