Fort Bend County Libraries (FBCL) operates 11 public libraries across Fort Bend County, Texas — a fast-growing, diverse county southwest of Houston. The system runs from the 77,360-sq-ft George Memorial Library in Richmond (the county seat) to the brand-new 41,980-sq-ft Fulshear Branch (2024), the joint-use University Branch on the UH Sugar Land campus, and the Mission Bend Branch with its interactive light wall. Branches offer free public computers and Wi-Fi, 3D printing and makerspaces, meeting rooms and programs for all ages; George Memorial and Sienna are open on Sundays.
