The Sparta Community Branch Library is the easternmost of the four Christian County Library branches, sitting in Sparta near the Greene County line in the rolling Ozark hills southeast of Springfield. Christian County has become one of the fastest-growing counties in Missouri, and the Sparta branch serves the smaller towns and rural communities in the county's eastern corridor.
