Saint Clair Shores Public Library is the municipal library of the City of Saint Clair Shores, a waterfront community on Lake St. Clair in Macomb County, Michigan. The library is a member of the Suburban Library Cooperative (SLC), one of Michigan's largest library cooperatives, which means a Saint Clair Shores card is honored at all SLC member libraries across Metro Detroit. The library also participates in MeLCat — the Michigan eLibrary Catalog — giving patrons free interlibrary loan access to millions of items from libraries throughout Michigan, and in the statewide MILibraryCard program for borrowing at participating libraries statewide. Digital resources through MeL (Michigan eLibrary) include eBooks, research databases and more.
