DeKalb County Public Library (DCPL) operates 23 branches across DeKalb County, Georgia — part of metro Atlanta east of the city and one of the state’s most diverse counties. The system runs from the Decatur central library (roots to 1925) to the LEED-registered Tucker-Reid H. Cofer branch, the Stonecrest library with its auditorium, and the newest County Line-Ellenwood building (2019). The Doraville branch is temporarily relocated while a new library is built.
