Operated by the City & County of Broomfield, the Broomfield Library at 3 Community Park Road sits in the heart of the Civic Center campus adjacent to the Broomfield Community Center and Paul Derda Recreation Center. Broomfield is one of Colorado's newest counties — created in 2001 as a unified city-county government — and its library reflects the community's growth: a modern, high-capacity facility with long weekday hours and a broad collection of print and digital materials. The library is a member of the Colorado Library Consortium (CLiC) and participates in statewide interlibrary loan, giving borrowers access to materials from hundreds of Colorado libraries.
