The current building opened on July 15, 2000, carrying forward a library presence that traces back to a Windsor Park neighborhood branch that first celebrated its grand opening in 1963. In January 2018 the branch closed for a complete renovation and reopened later that year with refreshed facilities. Today it offers a full collection, reservable meeting space, and standard services including printing and digital resources. Programming ranges from infant storytimes and conversation groups to media festivals and workshops. The branch keeps evening hours to 8 p.m. on weeknights and is closed Sundays.
