Oak Lodge Library anchors the Oak Grove community just east of McLoughlin Boulevard, having opened in October 2025 in a purpose-built new facility on the former Concord Elementary School site alongside a new North Clackamas parks and community center. The new building replaces a well-loved branch that served Oak Lodge for decades from SE McLoughlin Boulevard.

Operated by Clackamas County as part of the LINCC (Library INformation Cooperative of Clackamas County) system, Oak Lodge Library serves the unincorporated Oak Lodge community in northern Clackamas County — a densely populated area between Milwaukie and Oregon City. The library moved to 3783 SE Concord Rd in October 2025, gaining a modern facility purpose-designed for community use, co-located with the new Concord Community Center and Park. Services include open browsing, holds pickup, printing and scanning, study room access, computer use, and a History Room dedicated to local Oak Lodge history. The library also maintains an after-hours self-service book locker for patrons who cannot visit during open hours. As a LINCC member, cardholders can borrow from all Clackamas County Library branches.
