The Rushford Public Library serves the City of Rushford and surrounding Fillmore County communities from its location at 101 North Mill Street. Rushford is a small city in the scenic Root River valley, historically shaped by dairy farming and the Root River State Trail — one of the nation's premier rail-trail cycling routes. The library is administered by Library Director Beth Nelson and belongs to SELCO (Southeastern Libraries Cooperating), a regional library cooperative that links southeastern Minnesota libraries through a shared catalog and resource-sharing network.
