Clay County Public Library System serves Clay County, a fast-growing community southwest of Jacksonville on the St. Johns River. The Headquarters Library at 1895 Town Center Boulevard is the flagship branch of a five-location system that also includes branches in Green Cove Springs, Keystone Heights, Middleburg-Clay Hill, and Orange Park proper. The Headquarters branch offers the county's broadest set of resources: a full reference collection, Teen Gaming Center, Creation Space for making and creativity, study rooms, meeting rooms, and both print and digital genealogy resources. The system operates the clay county history passport program, a free mobile interactive experience linking historic county sites. Cardholders borrow eBooks and audiobooks through Libby (OverDrive) and stream movies, music and comics free through Hoopla.
