The Richland Parish Library is the public library system of Richland Parish in northeast Louisiana, a rural cotton-and-soybean farming community along the Bonne Idee Bayou. The main branch at 1410 Louisa Street in Rayville is joined by the Delhi Branch at 520 Main Street and the Mangham Branch at 302 Hixson Street, forming a three-branch system that shares a single Biblionix catalog.
