The Story of the Library in Fort Sumner
The Fort Sumner Public Library was originally located behind the Church of Christ before moving to its current home in a remodeled former Circle K building on West Sumner Avenue in 1994. It serves a community of roughly 2,400 residents in eastern New Mexico's De Baca County.
