The White County Public Library in Cleveland, Georgia is a branch of the Northeast Georgia Regional Library System (NEGRLS), a multi-county consortium that traces its origins to the Clarkesville Library of 1928 and the formation of the Habersham-Stephens Regional Library System in 1944. The Cleveland branch is located at 10 Colonial Drive in the White County seat, nestled in the Blue Ridge foothills near Unicoi State Park and the Chattahoochee National Forest — a region known for apple orchards, trout streams, and Bavarian-themed Helen just a few miles away.
