Located on Teasley Lane near the Rayzor Ranch area, it is the closest branch for thousands of families in southern Denton County. South Branch houses a strong children's and teen section, a dedicated maker lab called the Forge Makerspace, meeting rooms available for community use, and an extensive circulating collection. Extended evening hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays make it accessible for working residents, and Sunday hours round out a seven-day-a-week schedule. The branch is managed by Robbie Sittel and is part of the broader Denton Public Library system.</p>
