📖 About Meridian Tiny Library
<p>The Tiny Library opened in October 2018 as one of the most compact public library branches in Idaho, housed in a converted shipping container at 5159 S. Hillsdale Ave. Despite its diminutive footprint, the branch punches well above its size: rotating collections of board books, picture books, Easy Readers, and hands-on early literacy kits support the five early-learning practices — talking, singing, reading, writing, and playing — that research links to school success. The branch also carries parent and teacher resources, accepts returns from all other MLD locations, and serves a rapidly growing residential neighborhood in south Meridian that would otherwise be far from a full-service branch.</p>
