The Alsea Community Library is a branch of the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library system, serving the unincorporated community of Alsea in western Benton County. Alsea sits along the Alsea River at an elevation of about 300 feet, surrounded by the Coast Range forests that once sustained a logging economy. The river and surrounding land take their name from the Alsea tribe, indigenous to the river's lower reaches and the Oregon coast.
