The Arlington Public Library is Sibley County's hometown public library, located on West Main Street in Arlington, a small agricultural city in south-central Minnesota settled largely by German immigrants in the 1860s and 1870s. The library is a member of the Traverse des Sioux Library Cooperative, the regional system serving forty public libraries across nine south-central Minnesota counties including Blue Earth, Sibley, Nicollet, and Waseca.
