📖 About Louise A. Brundage Community Branch Library
<p>Opened in 1950 on a former volunteer fire-company lot donated to the Town of Hamden in December 1949, the Brundage Community Branch is the oldest branch in the Hamden Public Library system. Named for Louise A. Brundage, a longtime Hamden civic leader, the building anchors the Hamden Plains–Highwood community and offers storytimes, computer access, and a curated neighborhood collection of print and digital materials.
