<p>The Lay Park Resource Center is a branch of the Athens Regional Library System embedded within the Lay Park Community Center at 297 Hoyt Street in east Athens. Designed as a neighborhood outpost rather than a stand-alone building, the center provides children's services, computer terminals, printing, scanning, and free WiFi to residents in one of Athens-Clarke County's traditionally underserved areas.
