Six years later, voters approved a levy that funded a 1982 addition doubling the building&apos;s footprint. Named in memory of Rudolph C. Zauel, the branch is part of the Public Libraries of Saginaw district and serves as the system&apos;s latest-closing location — open until 9:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and until 9:00 PM on Wednesday afternoons. Residents of the northwest side can borrow books, use computers and public Wi-Fi, and access digital services including Libby and the Michigan eLibrary (MeL).</p>
